Haskap berry pancakes

1 egg
230 ml of milk
130 g flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
a handful of frozen or fresh berries (can be crushed)

Additives to taste:
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or extract


1. Bloat an egg in a bowl, add milk.
2. Add sifted flour with baking powder and optional additives (cinnamon, vanilla sugar, honey, etc.) to the mass.
3. Add melted butter and berries.
4. Preheat the selected oil in the frying pan and fry pancakes of any size.
5. Pancakes ready to serve.
